Erik F. Ness age 17 of New Richmond died tragically on Thursday, October 23, 2008 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born the son of John and Karla (Faith) Ness on June 10, 1991 in St. Paul, MN. Erik was a junior at New Richmond High School and worked at the New Richmond Theater. Erik enjoyed practical jokes, snowboarding, drawing, video gaming, and target shooting, but mostly Erik enjoyed making other people laugh and smile. He is survived by his parents, John and Karla Ness; sisters, Alexis (Jeremy) and Signe (Josh) Shores; grandmother, Mildred Faith; aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Lyle Faith and Philip Ness; his grandmother Gretchen Ness; and his uncle Charles Faith. A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 5:00 pm at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. Memorial visitation was held on Saturday, November 1, 2008 from 3:00-7:00 pm at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and also one hour before the service on Sunday. A memorial fund fund has been set up in Erik's name at the Wesconsin Credit Union in New Richmond. Arrangements are with Beebe Mortuary of New Richmond. |
