Patricia Lynn Germain of New Richmond died on Friday, October 24, 2008 at Westfield’s Hospital in New Richmond.  Patricia was born on February 8, 1971 in St Paul, Minnesota the daughter of James and Mary (LeMire) Olson.  She was a graduate of New Richmond High School and completed her LPN at St. Paul Technical College. 

She loved being a nurse.  Patricia is preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her husband, Shane Germain; children, Lauren Johnson and Connor Germain; sister, Lisa Murphy and husband, John; brother, Christopher Olson and wife, Candy; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 11:30 am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Somerset.  Visitation was also on Wednesday from 10-11:30 am at the church.  Private interment was in the New Richmond Cemetery.  Patti will be remembered by those who love her as a loving wife, mother, sister, friend and care giver to many.  Arrangements were with the Beebe Mortuary of New Richmond.
